• What kind of hauling services can I sign up for?

  Pretty much all of your trash needs can be taken care of through our website. This includes solid waste, several different types of recycling, kitchen grease/oil, composting and much more.

• How much does this service cost?

  Our service is absolutely FREE for buyers!

• How long is the contract term?

  The buyer and seller are bound to a one-year contract which is shorter than most other contracts between buyers and trash companies.

• I am worried about my privacy. Who is going to be able to see my contact information?

  Here at Grid Waste, we believing in respecting our buyers’ privacy and are committed to protecting it. We do not sell or distribute your information to anyone else. The information that is collected will only be used for the sole purpose of providing our services for the buyers.

• I am already bound to a contract with a hauling company. Is there anything I can do?

  Even if you are bound to a contract, you are still encouraged to register for the site and post opportunities up for haulers to bid on. This way you can see what kind of prices you can get for your waste removal and make comparisons to what you can get via Grid Waste and what you are currently getting now. As aforementioned, our services are completely free and it is non-binding until you choose to sign with a bidder.*

• I have had previous experiences with unreliable haulers. How can I make sure the haulers on Grid Waste are credible?

  Our team here at Grid Waste want to assure you peace of mind when it comes to your waste management. As we gain feedback and service records, we’ll make more and more hauler performance information available. Until that is available, haulers should provide references in their profile and Buyers should check with those references to get good insight into the hauler’s quality of service. You are also given the option to terminate your contract with probable cause, such as poor workmanship on the part of the haulers.
